These Terms of Use govern the conditions for using BabyWaa (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.
BabyWaa provides features to record memories with a child’s photos and videos, synchronize across devices signed in with the same Apple ID, and share with family members. You must store and share only content that you took yourself or that you have the legal right to share.
All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including trademarks, copyrights, and designs contained in the App, belong to BabyWaa. You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it without authorization, nor may you extract source code or reverse engineer the App.
However, the rights to photos, videos, and other content that you store in the App remain with you.
BabyWaa+ is an auto-renewing subscription product. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation, and your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. For details, please refer to “Subscription Information.”
You are responsible for securely managing your device and Apple ID. Some features of the App (such as synchronization and sharing) require an internet connection, and data charges may apply depending on your Wi‑Fi or mobile network. Any such communication charges are your responsibility.
BabyWaa makes best efforts to keep the App operating reliably, but BabyWaa is not responsible for data loss caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as device failure, insufficient storage, iCloud outages, or network issues. We recommend backing up your precious memories regularly.
BabyWaa may change features or provide updates to improve the service. We recommend installing updates for a smooth experience. BabyWaa may also suspend or discontinue all or part of the service due to unavoidable circumstances.
These Terms may be amended as needed, and any changes will be announced through the App or this page.
