BabyWaa (the “App”) values your personal information and protects it securely in accordance with applicable laws. This Policy explains what information BabyWaa handles and how it is collected, used, and stored.
BabyWaa handles information you enter directly, such as a child’s photos and videos, the child’s name, date of birth, and family member information. This information is used only to provide features for recording memories and sharing with family.
Photos, videos, and records you save are stored on your device and in your own iCloud account (Apple ID). BabyWaa uses Apple’s CloudKit, and the data belongs to your iCloud account. The app operator does not collect or view your original photos or videos on a separate server.
If you use the family sharing feature, selected albums and records are shared with the family members you invite. Sharing is performed through Apple’s iCloud sharing (CKShare) and is visible only to the people you directly invite.
When errors occur, limited diagnostic information may be collected to help resolve issues, such as device type, operating system version, and the time an error occurred. This information does not include personal content such as photos or videos.
BabyWaa does not sell your personal information or provide it for marketing purposes. However, BabyWaa uses features provided by service providers such as Apple (iCloud, App Store) as needed to operate the App.
BabyWaa is intended for parents/guardians to record a child’s memories. Information about a child is stored in the guardian’s own iCloud under the guardian’s control, and is entered and managed by the guardian.
You can delete records, albums, and child profiles directly in the App. When deleted, the data is removed from your device and iCloud.
This Policy may be updated as needed, and changes will be announced through the App or this page.
